We have designed training programs to support the development of knowledge and practice of direct service providers and managers among family support programs.

Case Management Training Program

This program includes a series of trainings designed to support the development of knowledge and practice in case management among family support organizations and to enhance the case management capacity within family support programs. This program is intended for family support organization staff members, who work directly with families and who may not have a degree in social work, counseling, or a related field. An individual who successfully completes the full series will receive a Certificate of Completion.

What are the benefits?

  • For family support providers: Increased knowledge and practice in providing case management services to support families. Completing these trainings is also a way to demonstrate familiarity with case management services.

  • For Programs: Programs can demonstrate that their staff members are familiar with case management services.

Management Training Program

This program includes a series of trainings designed to support the development of knowledge and practice for social service managers within family support organizations and is intended for program directors, managers, administrators, coordinators, and case managers who manage social service agencies and programs. This may be useful for those who do not have a degree in organizational leadership, non-profit management, business, administration, or a related field. An individual who successfully completes the full series will receive a Certificate of Completion.
